Sofia Margarita Vergara is a Colombian-American actress and a presenter. Vergara was the highest-paid actress on American television from 2013 to 2020. Vergara rose in prominence as host of two shows on Univision's Spanish-language TV network in the early 1990s. Chasing Papi (2003) was Vergara's first significant acting gig in English.
