Kaitlyn Anne Vincie

Kaitlyn Ann Vincie was born on the 10th of December, 1987. She is an American journalist. She is a reporter for Fox NASCAR and hosts the daily news and updates program NASCAR Race Hub. Vincie was first interested in stock car racing when she received a pit-lane pass. She graduated from Christopher Newport University and worked as a reporter at Langley Speedway. She garnered attention after self-made videos of her blogs about NASCAR were posted on the stock car racing website SceneDaily. Vincie was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia on December 10, 1987. Her family moved to Warrenton after Vincie was accepted into high school. She is the daughter of John Vincie and Margaret and has one older sister. Vincie's grandmother, Eleanor N. Logan was a teacher in the fifth grade and her grandfather was a member of the faculty of Bridgewater College. At an early age, she displayed an interest in journalism. Vincie completed her studies at Fauquier High School, in 2006. Vincie was a track and field athlete as well as was the manager of the school's wrestling team for four years. Vincie was the winner of the 800m event of the AAA Cedar Run District. Vincie had a meeting with Al Pearce, who mentored her. He also offered numerous details. In 2010 she graduated from Christopher Newport University with a bachelor's degree in communications. Vincie worked as an intern in the athletics department of the university as well as a job with the USAR Pro Cup Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway. After securing a pit lane pass for the NASCAR All-Star Race, Vincie wrote her senior thesis on gender disparity in auto racing. She mentions Krista Voda and Wendy Venturini as her inspirations.
