Aaron Jeffery
The Logie
Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. His roles
include Terry Watson in Water Rats and Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He was
also the character Matt "FletchFletcher" Fletcher in Wentworth. Born
in Howick, Auckland, Jeffery relocated to Australia at the age of 17 to study
acting at NIDA. After graduating from NIDA He began his career in television on
the children's programme Ship to Shore. Jeffery is best known for his part in
McLeod's Daughters as Alex Ryan. He left the show in the year 2008. He also
appeared in the third season of the New Zealand drama series Outrageous
Fortune. Jeffery played the role of Frank in the TV series Underbelly: Badness
as Frank. The filming ended on the 22nd of June. A few days later, Jeffery was
officially announced as Bradley Fox's replacement for Neighbours for a period
of two weeks. It was revealed in October that Jeffery was assigned to be a
Wentworth corrections officer. He also starred in the Bevan Lee series Between
Two Worlds for the Seven Network. In April, it was announced 2021 that Jeffery
would be appearing on the Netflix thriller series Pieces of Her. The show is an
adaptation of the Karin Slaughter novel. Jeffery's part in McLeod's Daughters
won him the Silver Logie in 2007 and 2004.
